The Crittenden County Detention Center sends a crew of community level inmates with a civilian supervisor to make food boxes for the county food bank. The crew also helps in carrying out the food boxes on the hand out day to the community. The inmates are able to see the rewards to volunteering and helping others in need. Being involved in the community projects are a benefit to the community but also to the inmate.
