What is Coping with Anger About?
Coping with Anger is an evidence-based program that can help clients recognize, overcome and control anger management challenges,thereby reducing criminal activity. The program takes about 3 months to complete. Upon completion of the Program the Client will receive 90 days credit on their sentence.

Target Population:
Adults who struggle to manage anger and frustration in an appropriate way.
This Program is set-up in 8 modules:
